Greybridge are a recruitment business based in the Midlands, but we work with consultants across the UK.

We are at our heart a Change & Transformation recruiter, and have developed niches in Life Sciences, Data/ AI, Tech Transformation, Retail/ Consumer Goods and Supply chain, for clients in the UK, EU and US.

We have been going for over 10 years, and on top of a new office, rebrand, new website, holidays etc, we are looking to hire 2 or 3 people to join our team as we expand.

We are ideally looking for people who have a background in recruitment, in a similar area, but we also want to see people with Contract recruitment experience, Technology, Business Process or related.

Our client base are names you have heard of, from eCommerce businesses you know and love, to supermarkets you use on the weekends, Global corporates you read about in the papers, and tech firms you've seen online.

We are seen as leaders in the space we work, and are never short of talent to work with.

You MUST have a sales background, preferably in Business to Business

You MUST understand people and how to motivate and influence them

You MUST get excited by the idea of helping people find a new job/ fill a role in their business.

We do need to see a strong drive to complete tasks, a thorough approach to work, an understanding that this is a sales position, and someone who would be able to work above and beyond to bring the whole team forward.
