The Role:

We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader for EMEA to join our rapidly growing global marketing team.

This role requires a savvy marketer with strong business and technical acumen.

You will succeed if you are the type of person that understands how to work with sales at all levels as well as other internal business stakeholders.

_This is a Hybrid position._


Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a datadriven marketing strategy and performancebased demand generation campaigns to drive new business and generate new opportunities
  • Create and drive comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, multichannel integrated campaigns, and programs to support sales to reach revenue goals on our suite of collaboration solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments/personas, market intelligence, and team dynamics based on sound internal and external customer insights.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.
  • Assist the content team in developing and evolving messaging and collateral.
  • Promote and assist with event management, including webinars, inperson events, etc.
  • Institute a continuous improvement cycle for all marketing efforts and provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting against established KPIs.
  • Create full lifecycle nurture campaigns.
  • Execute all initiatives ensuring compliance with governing laws, clients, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create highquality content around important, relevant terms

What you bring

  • 3+ years of Telecom industry experience. Preferably in OSS & BSS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 3+ years' B2B experience, including 2+ years in a B2B marketing manager, product marketing, brand manager, market research, etc, role.
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified inbound leads through integrated multichannel campaigns.
  • Handson experience in developing and executing segmented and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in developing and executing research to uncover customer needs and considerations and then transforming the findings into recommendations.
  • Experience in KPI measurement and analytics
  • Ability to navigate and generate data insights from Salesforce.
