Description

The Hiring Heroes are proud to be working alongside a prestigious company who make and manufacture bespoke products to the building and drainage industry.

They are looking for an assembly operative to join their business on a permanent basis.

Key Tasks

Building product from component level
Working from verbal or written instruction
Some lifting would be required.
Assembly and test of product
Packing and preparing product for despatch with documentation
Printing of documentation
Review of order requirements
Responding to changing customer demands
Interface with SAP operating system
Training would be given if required on this operating system.
Use of online shipping software for despatch of goods.
To carry out when requested any of the following duties:
Cover for absenteeism in your own department and provide hands on support where necessary.

Required

Experience of Mechanical assemblies and products
Good attention to detail
Ability to respond quickly.
Selfmotivated with ability to work under pressure to deadline
Team player
Knowledge of Basic Pc programmes (outlook /word
Manage project timescales
Previous knowledge of SAP operating system
Experience of Quality and environmental Management Systems

Monday to Thursday - 8.00am to 4.30pm Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm (salaried). Minimum of 39 hours per week.
