Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure accurate and engaging communications for open DC schemes to employees and managers
  • Point of contact for Master Trusts and member of DC pensions governance team
  • Processing of monthly DC contributions
  • Ensure autoenrolment obligations are adhered to in conjunction with the Payroll team
  • Provide support on DB asset valuation reporting process
  • Support on complex member queries and Contract negotiations with Commercial Teams
  • Ensure Group Life requirements are met and oversee death in service cases
  • Drive continuous improvement and participate in projects

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Strong knowledge of DC pension and DB pension arrangements (including public sector)
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and timescales
  • Comprehensive understanding of autoenrolment requirements
  • Understanding of salary sacrifice arrangements
  • Experience of TUPE in/out & associated risks for either DC, Public Sector or exPublic Sector Pension arrangements
  • Project management experience
  • Numerate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Pensions Management Institute qualification (preferred)
