Wolverhampton health visiting service is undergoing exciting service development and expansion resulting in the creation of some new posts, as part of this we are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Health Visitors to join our 0-19 Health Visiting Single Point of Access Team.

Are you an inspirational and highly driven experienced Health Visitor who has exceptional leadership and clinical skills and want to make a difference to our health visiting workforce and families of Wolverhampton? We have vacancies in the Health Visiting Single Point of Access Team which has recently expanded to include Health Visitors as part of our improving access to support our families and professionals

Car owner/driver essential and you must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.


To be professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards of professional practice as set by the appropriate regulatory body applicable to your profession or role.


To deliver and manage programmes of care to a designated caseload/population ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to improve individual and family health outcomes.


To be accountable for:

Ensuring safe and effective clinical practice

Enhancing the child and family experience

Ensuring effective contribution to the delivery of the organisation's objectives

Providing a universal preventative healthcare service to young children and families through the healthy child programme

Working with external stakeholders to ensure children and families have access to and benefit from partnership plus services
