Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time or part time position.

The role involves machining of smaller stainless-steel components.


Duties:


  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup, production methods, and sequence of operations
  • Select the appropriate tools, materials, and cutting speeds for each job
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes

Our machines:
Romi GL80M (Fanuc)

Leadwell LTC -20 DMY (Fanuc)

Agie Charmilles VCE 600 Pro with Nikken 4/5 Axis (Heidenhain)


Skills:


  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Experience with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble mechanical components
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar software for 3D modelling is a plus
  • Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
