Data Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)

About The Role
Leicester City F.C. are excited to be advertising for a full-time opportunity within the Club's Marketing Department on a fixed-term basis.

Reporting into the Senior Data & Insights Executive, this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenanceof a data foundation for the Club to enable segmentation and targeting of current and prospective consumers, with a focus on acquisition, fan engagement, revenue generation and brand value development in accordance with the core objectives and targets of theFootball Club.


Who We're Looking For

  • Segmentation and targeting of consumers based on relevant data points to achieve core revenue, and consumer engagement KPIs
  • Develop audience profiles and data snapshots for the unique needs and wants of existing and prospective club Partners
  • Grow the database for the targeting and segmentation of fans for the Club's revenue streams, content & creative production and fan engagement
  • Translate business objectives into dataled queries and combine, visualize, and analyse data from multiple sources
  • Develop and maintain bestinclass CRM and data warehouse infrastructures with a key focus on data output for marketing segmentation and insight generation
  • Build and maintain a healthy database including data flows, integrations and appending 3rd party data
  • Manage the daytoday direct communications plan in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team to ensure communications are delivered to the right people at the right time based on profiles, behaviours and propensity
  • Work with the Club's Creative and Content team to create multichannel triggered, automated and specific data acquisition programmes
  • Implement customer retention and growth campaigns with a focus on testing, analysis and improving performance to achieve data growth objectives
  • Be the first pointofcontact for datarelated customer service queries, working with the Supporter Services team and the appropriate vendors to investigate, diagnose and remedy issues
  • Project manage new data integration and implementation projects
