What we are looking for:


  • An exceptional communications professional, with an excellent understanding of communications across local government, digital, and community engagement
  • A proven ability to win new business and drive income growth
  • Desired experience in advising clients on major infrastructure and energy projects with an understanding of the DCO planning process
  • A proven track record in providing strategic communications advice to clients on major projects in the built environment
  • Ability to develop and lead high performing teams
  • A desire to take responsibility for leading complex and highprofile projects
  • A desire to work at pace and deliver consistently highquality work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
