A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service administrator to join WTW one of the leading insurance risk and consulting firms.

Within this role you will build and maintain an excellent rapport with a portfolio of clients whilst also being able to further develop your customer service skills, policy administration and insurance knowledge.

Day to day responsibilities include the administration of medical insurance schemes, handling and resolving client queries and liaising with insurers and colleagues.

The Role

  • Maintain client records on the database to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Assist clients with claims administration and processing.
  • Be the daytoday point of contact for clients; resolving queries, providing support, and liaising with insurers.
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual or in person) alongside the sales consultant/account manager, as required.
  • Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Attend regular training to maintain insurer product knowledge.
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all clients' needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand.
  • Develop knowledge of clients' health and benefits schemes

The Requirements

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Confident using Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of other healthrelated insurance policies & employee benefits is desirable
