Our Noble Living branch in Sheffield is looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator on full time, permanent basis.


Our Lettings Business has grown at an extraordinary rate that we are determined to accelerate even further with this appointment.

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and conducting Lettings Viewings
  • Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let
  • Arranging inventories, check in's, check out's, inspections
  • Ensuring property compliance
  • Business Prospecting and proactive activity
  • Local market knowledge and networking
  • Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Displaying excellent customer service at all times
All applicants must hold a full driving license

All applicants are to have a minimum 1 year lettings experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am 6pm

£22,000.00 per year
