We are currently looking for a
Mortgage & Protection Research Consultant to join our
Research Hub.
Based at our
Leeds office, in this role you will assist in delivering a comprehensive suite of technical support services to the Financial Advisers of Tenet.

In terms of what we do, we are an award winning Independent Financial Adviser support group with over 25 years industry experience.
We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirements of our clients.
What you'll be getting up to in more detail:
- Managing and reviewing data.
- Monitoring and reviewing product developments.
- Working with providers on product development (under NDA)
- Contributing to written guidance through a variety of best practice and technical communications to advisers.
- Learning and understanding of new and existing adviser facing business systems and functionality.
- Project work on system/process improvement.
- Input and maintenance of underlying product and financial data in Tenet's member facing business systems.
- Contribute to meetings and workshops with internal staff, suppliers and network members on site, off site, by telephone and video conference
- Input to, and support for user training and business system guidance materials.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge and understanding or current and planned regulation, policies, guidance, standards and procedures.
You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:
- Cemap or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulation and regulated and nonregulated products and noninvestment products.
- Excellent understanding of best practice advice processes, compliance processes, guidance, standards and procedures, financial parameters and panels.
- Experience of mortgage advisers and their processes.
- Experience of working across departments
