We are looking for
Premium Experience Coordinator to provide operational support for our Venue Operations team. This important role will focus on ensuring a smooth operational delivery of all premium areas on matchdays.

Your day-to-day

  • Managing the operational delivery of all matchbymatch restaurant bookings. Coordinating with the Premium Memberships team regarding specific matchday requirements for seasonal diners, ensuring a bestinclass member experience.
  • Supporting the Premium Experience Manager to coordinate matchday resource.
  • Updating records of any maintenance/cleaning issues that have been reported, ensuring that each request is fulfilled.
  • Assisting with the operational delivery of all Premium areas on matchday.
  • Consolidating postmatch feedback and liaising with our thirdparty catering provider and any other keys stakeholders to improve the matchday operation.
  • Booking any internal and external pre/postmatch briefings, taking notes and distributing minutes.
  • Coordinating operational requirements such as parking passes and matchday accreditation.
  • Assisting with the prematch stadium setup and venue check in all premium areas.
  • Supporting with the seasonlong management of matchday collateral, ensuring sufficient supplies of all key materials.
  • Appointed individual responsible for Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices in accordance with current legislation.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant hospitality or customer service qualification (Desirable).
  • Experience within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Administration experience within a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, including the proven ability to manage a fastpaced and varied workload.
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external customers, adapting style and approach as and when required.
  • Positive about achieving Club, departmental and individual success.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships.
  • Seeks out and acts upon opportunities to improve fan and customer experience.
  • Acts with honesty and integrity, demonstrates respect, diversity and always remains professional.
