Insurance Administrator - Norwich - ARD959207
This exciting full time opportunity has arisen to join our team in Hugh J Boswell's Norwich office.

This role will facilitate the administrative tasks required in the general trading and covering office facilities, such as post and reception.


What you will do
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

Collaborating with your Line Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following and more:


  • MID system management facilitating the MIDs (using the MID portal and updating OGI)
  • New starter process (arranging IT equipment, setting up on systems, office intro etc)
  • Cover the Enquiry inboxes (signposting all incoming mail for Saffron team)
  • First point of contact for Visitors to the office
  • Process the post
  • Reception calls

Who we are looking for

  • Communication skills able to communicate clearly and effectively to people with various levels of knowledge; face to face, over the telephone and in writing. Remain positive, fluent and persuasive in meetings, discussions and presentations. Also has strong public speaking skills and is able to communicate complex issues in a digestible form.
