We are specialists in shoreline, coastal and offshore marine services and operations, with a wealth of experience ranging from marine renewable energy construction projects to project cargo, marine civil engineering, salvage operations and many more offshore and specialist marine services.
Job description
We require a temporary fixed term Marine Painter / Sprayer to support and maintain our operational equipment from our base at Falmouth Wharves.
Ideally you will already have experience in the Marine Painting / Spraying industry and previously used a HVLP feed air spray gun and Gravity gun.
- Mixing Paints & Primers.
- Working in confined spaces.
- Prepping areas before painting.
- Carrying out meticulous paint jobs and paint repair jobs
- Preparation procedures prior to the final top coat.
As KML operate our own fleet of specialist marine vessels in locations all over the UK and Europe, occasionally you will be required to work away.
Our current management and personnel are distinguished by skill, energy, practicality, a 'can do' approach along with a firm commitment to safety.
If you don't have already hold and ENG1 Seafarers Medical and STCW10 PST (Personal Survival Techniques), you will be encouraged to gain these.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Falmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- painting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
