Description

We are exclusively recruiting for a Interim Head of People to join a leading professional services organisation. You will work within a team of 8 to focussing on HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development.

The Head of People will join at an exciting timeof growth and will lead and manage 3 direct reports across multiple sites.

The duration of the role is 3-4 months.

Key Responsibilities

You'll have strong leadership and coaching skills to drive the team forward
Experience with merger and acquisitions, ensuring risks are mitigated and all lines of communication are open and consistent
A commercial acumen to operate as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple sites
Implementation of a HR growth strategy that underpins the business objectives to enable positive organisational and cultural change
Implement performance management initiatives and talent development strategies to enhance retention and attraction
Experience with implementing the apprenticeship levy
HR Projects

- engagement, training, restructures

Profile

The role is within IR35 and is payable of a day rate £250-£300 PAYE or up to £390 per day via an umbrella organisation.

The role is hybrid working and requires 2 days a week in the Woking office. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and values drivenwith a real care for their employee's development and wellbeing.
