Description

Duties:


  • Agree on design solutions with sales and creative.
  • Overall responsibility for design/development direction for all aspects.
  • Ensure specifications and relevant documentation is on Source to agreed timelines.
  • Manage workload to meet the agreed deadline.
  • Provide technical support to the assembly through setup to firstoff production.

Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure all designs meets the given budget of the project
  • Ensuring that all necessary detail is in place
  • All design solutions have to incorporate best practice materials, features and techniques
  • Work on several jobs concurrently, while maintaining high standards
  • Test components prior to the production as appropriate to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Store all data in a secure environment using established procedures and protocols
  • Ensuring health, safety and the environment are all respected in design specifications
  • Travel domestically and overseas when it's required for customer meetings, site visits and surveys where it's necessary.
