Personal Care Assistant (PA)/Support Worker

About me
I am a lady with Downs Syndrome and Autism who has a very good sense of humour. My interests include cooking, bowling, going to cafes, picnics in the park, animals, reading, art and music.


Hours and rate of pay
9 hours rising to 13.5 by mutual agreement

Monday, Wednesday (Friday) 10am til 2:30pm

Stevenage


DBS/Checks
Confirmation of DBS check

Right to Work and references will be needed.


Training
Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:

  • Safeguarding Adults
  • Introduction to first aid
  • Health and Safety

What you would be doing
Seeking a PA to support me to access activities outside the home. Activities will include bowling, picnics, cafes etc. To also take part in cooking activities.


The person I would like
Seeking a PA who is very patient, nurturing with a good sense of humour. Someone who can offer encouragement and is active and happy to dance, play ball etc.
