Description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer/ Gym Instructor to join our team. We have recently refurbished our gym and have state of the art gym equipment.

To carry out the role of Fitness Instructor.
To ensure presentation and cleanliness of the facilities.
Ensuring that high levels of customer service and adopted at all times.

This will include:

Completing all inductions, fitness assessments and programme prescriptions in a professional manner.
To supervise and motivate all fitness facility customers.
Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry.
To perform any other duties as directed by Management.
Contribute to programming and general operation of the facilities through ideas and support.
To complete all cleaning schedules with records kept up to date.
Ensuring maintenance checks are done and records kept up to date in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
To complete all Pool tests as per company guidelines.
To carry out gym team lead classes and others as requested by management.
To maintain the safety and wellbeing of customers using the facilities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Attend interactive instructor update sessions on a regular basis.
Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the fitness facilities.

The role will be full time over 5 out of 7 days, and evening and weekends will be required regularly.

Salary to be discussed at interview plus commission structure.
