Job Description:

Light and Wonder is recruiting for a Game Producer to join their UK Content team. This role will work closely with the UK Content Director to produce A class UK focussed content.

Predominantly top class slot based games this individual will have experience in the online gaming world and have a good knowledge of the UK market, trends and content.

The producer role will oversee content creation all the way from concept phase through to production working closely with math, dev and art teams throughout the process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Draw up on experience of the UK market, trends and operator asks to ensure our content remains on point
Be able to work with big internal and external brands such as rainbow riches and monopoly to create new, innovative and appealing slot content focused in the UK market
Work in tandem with the math team to ensure math profiles, new mechanics and game ideas are brought to life
Strive for quality. Work closely with the UK content director and senior content director to reach a quality standard befitting Light and Wonder standards continue these partnerships and working relationships to ensure consistency in our UK roadmap
Work with our content program manager to ensure timelines are attainable and met for all UK content
Work within the team and utilise our data science and insight team to ensure we are leveraging all of the data we have at our disposal to create the best UK content we can
Constant communication between content teams and studio teams including developers, artists, sound engineers, project managers, QA and more are key to the role of UK game producer

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, game development, or a related field may be required.
Game development experience: You should have experience in designing, developing, and releasing online casino games. This may include developing slots, table games, and other casino games.
Understanding of the gaming industry: An understanding of the gaming industry, including knowledge of online gambling regulations, is important.
Creative skills: You should have a creative mind with the ability to design and develop engaging and entertaining casino games.
Strong communication skills: You should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with other team members.
Adaptability: The online casino gaming industry is rapidly changing, so you should be adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and techniques to keep up with the latest trends.
Portfolio: It's always a plus to have a portfolio that showcases your game development skills and experience, particularly in the online casino games niche.
