Administrator for Clinical Trials Accelerator Platform (CTAP)

£27,000 per year (Full Time equivalent)

plus £3000 per year if London office based OR £450 per year if home-based

Full Time, 35 hours per week OR Part Time 28 hours, (salary will be pro-rata)

London Office-based OR Homebased

Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2027

Six years ago, the Trust set up an ambitious programme of work to broaden the reach of trials to all people with cystic fibrosis in the UK.

The Clinical Trials Accelerator Platform (CTAP) is a national cystic fibrosis clinical trials network.

It has created infrastructure (network of CTAP centres) and funded additional research capacity (trial coordinators) to support NHS Cystic Fibrosis centres to grow their clinical trial portfolio.

This in turn has increased the number of clinical trial opportunities for the UK CF community, and improved access to the newest therapies for people living with cystic fibrosis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the CTAP coordinating team with the responsibility of providing high-level administrative support to the Clinical Trials Accelerator Platform (CTAP) programme at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

In addition to providing administrative support to the CTAP programme, you will play an important role in supporting the large network of CTAP trial coordinators and wider CTAP centre teams alongside internal colleagues at the Trust.

You will also play a critical role in supporting a broad array of workstreams within the CTAP programme.

  • This role will require some infrequent travel across the UK.

Benefits include 30 days annual leave, health care plan, pension, flexible working, employee assistance programme, shopping/lifestyle discounts, and opportunities for learning and development.

Please note, you will need to have the right to work in the UK before starting work for us and we will check this.

Interviews are expected on Monday 19 June and Tuesday 20 June 2023
NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
