HR Business Partner - South Manchester - £40-45k DOE

The Talent Crowd have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join this fast growing company based in South Manchester.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to develop the company wide HR function.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and improve HR procedures and policies
  • Develop and review the people plan to improve performance
  • Support senior management on HR policy
  • 1st point of contact for HR related issues including absence, leave, contracts, etc
  • Support with monthly payroll
  • Deliver HR initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development and Employee Wellbeing
  • Create beneficial relationships with UK universities to create future partnerships to attract the best graduate talent
  • Support with any organisational changes to company structure

Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • At least 2 years relevant HR Generalist experience (Essential)
  • Experience of working on strategic HR Projects (Essential)
  • Up to date with latest employment legislation
  • Proficient IT skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
