Description
JT Maxwell Limited, is a boutique Insolvency Practice with offices in Lisburn, Lancashire and Derbyshire. We provide rescue and insolvency solutions to corporate and individual clients throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Due to continued growth we are seeking experienced Insolvency Administrators with insolvency experience to be based at our Lisburn headquarters.


You will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the insolvency department whilst ensuring workload is completed in a timely and competent manner.

You must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst using your own initiative.


Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Data processing and reviewing financial information
  • Assisting the manager and/or partner in preparing for meetings
  • Merging documents in bespoke IT software
  • Procedural matters such as filing, reporting, document preparation and statutory compliance
  • Management of case queries
  • Daily accurate recording and entry of your time on to our time management system
  • Land registry searches and registering property restrictions
  • Data input and excel reports
  • Monitoring and allocating and actioning post and electronic communications received

Experience and Skills

  • Selfsufficient, with the ability to plan and manage own caseload
  • Previous administration experience
  • Attention to detail with good numeracy and excellent written skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong planning and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and focus
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Databases
