We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Project Manager for a permanent position to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Oracle initiatives. This role requires deep experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with strong oversight of ERP and SCM modules. The ideal candidate will bring a disciplined approach to project governance, delivery assurance, and risk management, ensuring projects align with organizational standards, controls, and strategic objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle projects, including Fusion Cloud and EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformationsManage delivery across ERP and SCM modules, including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain PlanningEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectationsProvide clear leadership to cross-functional teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors

Project Governance & ControlsEstablish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, including stage gates, steering committees, and approval processesEnsure adherence to enterprise project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and organizational standardsDevelop and maintain governance artifacts such as business cases, charters, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and benefits realisation plansPrepare and present high-quality executive-level status reports, dashboards, and decision papersManage financial governance, including budget tracking, forecasts, change control, and cost approvalsAct as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Oracle solutionsProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately through governance forumsManage scope and change control using formal approval processesDrive strong decision-making and accountability across stakeholders

Quality, Compliance & AssuranceEnsure solution quality through structured testing governance, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness reviewsOversee data migration, integrations, security, and compliance activitiesEnsure projects meet internal audit, security, and regulatory requirementsSupport post-go-live stabilization, benefits realization tracking, and transition to support team

The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.

Experience Required8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise Oracle solutionsProven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)Strong functional understanding of ERP and SCM modulesDemonstrated experience implementing project governance frameworks in complex enterprise environmentsExperience managing multi-million-pound budgets and senior stakeholder groups

Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certificationAgile or SAFe certificationOracle certifications (Fusion Financials, SCM, or EBS)Experience working within PMOs or enterprise delivery organisationsExperience with global or multi-entity Oracle implementationsEnterprise project governance & controlsOracle Fusion & EBS delivery leadershipFinancial and commercial managementRisk, issue, and dependency managementStrong documentation and reporting skills
