Description
We are recruiting Primary Care Network Mental Health Practitioners for the Redbridge area.

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of GP practices that work together in a local geographical area. We are recruiting for one vacancy in the New Cross Alliance PCN.

The role has been co-designed by our Mental Health clinicians and GP colleagues, with the aim of improving patient access to mental health care and support.

As an additional resource based on the patients' GP surgery, your role would include assessing patients' needs, signposting them to support resources, referring to other services and, where appropriate, offering brief intervention.

The post-holder will be employed by NELFT and will be a member of the local Mental Health service team, supported by a line manager and peers, but will be based in a Primary Care Network working in New Cross Alliance PCN premises

We are a very active and forward thinking small Primary Care Network (PCN) based in the London borough of Redbridge.

Comprising of 3 General Practices, whose unified vision is to provide high quality clinical care in a primary care setting in a timely way when patients need it.

Here at New Cross Alliance PCN, our values are Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Trust, which we keep at the heart of everything we do.

We will offer you robust clinical and managerial supervision, as well as training, whilst supporting you to develop within your role with support from our dedicated clinical lead.

We are a well-established experienced team, who are very supportive of each other, always going above and beyond for both our patients and colleagues.

To complement our PCN, we are seeking a talented Mental Health Practitioner to join our well-established ARRS Team. By expanding our workforce, we aim to better support and enhance healthcare for our local patient population. So why not join us in making a positive impact on the mental health of our local community.

If you are interested in taking on a new challenge and are a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner looking to make a real impact in the lives of individuals with mental health needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team.
