Compliance Coordinator
Covering North and South location
Salary - £23,900- £29,800 per annum - depending on skills and experience.
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Full Time
Closing Date - 7 April 2023

About the role
You will sit in the DLO operation and work closely alongside Area and Regional managers supporting the H&S processes and arrangements, as well as raising any gaps within the DLO's H&S infrastructure to the management team.
You will need to coordinate and support the Operations Health and Safety requirements, including overseeing the risk assessment registers, training matrices and operational safety arrangement.
About you
You will need IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
You need working knowledge of H&S within a similar environment.
You need an understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation.
You need to be able to write tool box talks on a range of Health and Safety.
You need to have demonstrable knowledge and understanding of CDM and IOSH.
You need to be able to read and interpret company policies and act as a point of reference for DLO line managers and operatives.
You must have good analysis skills (both written & numerical); the ability to collect & understand/link data to creatively solve problems & to arrive at sound decisions.
