Facilities/Office Coordinator Role Available**
Location: Didcot

Length: 12 month FTC (Maternity cover)

Hours: 37 hours a week, Mon - Fri (Hybrid working available)

Salary:
£28,000 per annum


  • Main responsibilities of the role:_
  • Managing the company Head Office including repairs, cleaning, window cleaning and grounds maintenance
  • Managed the office services budget, contracts and equipment
  • Support administration of Health & Safety across the organisation
  • Collect and sort all incoming mail and distribute it daily and ensure appropriate mail is filed, allocated and scanned
  • Collect and organise outgoing mail each day as well as ensuring maintenance of the franking machine liaising with the Post Office as required
  • Assist with the maintenance of all records ensuring that Office Services systems are accurate and kept up to date
  • Manage relevant contracts and liaise with contractors to ensure services are completed and repairs are actioned
  • Responsible for ordering, distribution and control of stationery and maintenance of stock
  • Undertake photocopying, binding of reports and organising for posting of large mail merges etc as required
  • Act as key holder which may include work outside office hours to allow access to contractors
  • Provide Health & Safety support by carrying out Health & Safety checks as required (alarm testing, producing lone worker reports and ordering PPE and H&S supplies)
  • Manage vehicle fleet, ensuring MOT and repairs and maintenance are completed and assisting with procuring new vehicles as and when required
  • Essential requirements:_
  • You must have experience in a similar role previously
