Chappell Enterprises UK are recruing for a
BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer for our client in London and surrounding areas.

Job role:

In this role you'll be tasked with commissioning the installation of BEMS Control systems, in line with third party consultant specifications and customer design requirements.

You'll be proactive, self-motivated, display a professional manner and have a dedication to customer service

During the commissioning process, you will compose your own software strategies and graphics engineering, perform physical wiring checks and plant start-ups.

In addition, you will provide technical support to sub-contractors and carry out troubleshootingto diagnose system defects.

You'll also be involved with customer's validation processes and execution as part of Commissioning works and Project handover procedures.

You will be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others, observing our Safety Family language and processes to ensure everyone gets home safe

Must haves:

Ideally you will possess industry experience in Building Services
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. However consideration will be given to less experienced individuals seeking career progression through mentoring and appropriate training.
Ideally you will also have extensive experience in commissioning BEMS Control systems such as Trend IQ4 Siemens PX range of products and a working knowledge of integration protocols such as M-Bus and Modbus.
Consideration will also be given to experienced engineers who are trained in alternative products such as Tridium Niagra N4 Distech looking to cross train to a second product.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills and report writing are essential to maintain strong professional relationships with all team members and customers.

As you'll be field based and travelling to different sites and customer locations it is essential that you hold a full driving licence and are located within the region with a flexible working approach.

Salary:

£37,400 - £56,400 per annum
