I am partnered with a financial regulatory body who is looking for a Senior Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be joining their BAU team of Service Managers and internally providing top incident management solutions.Required skills:
- ITIL V3 Service Delivery lifecycle with ITIL V3 certification (Intermediate
- Service Operations)
- Background in service management ideally within large organisations
- Experience of managing 3rd parties to deliver IT Services
- Desirable experience of a SIAM Operating Model in a multi or outsourced IT Supply Chain ModeI TIL V3 certification (Service Lifecycle Management)
