Are you an organised Legal Secretary with experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment?

Do you have strong working knowledge of Real Estate, Property or Conveyancing processes and procedures?

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Legal Secretary to joining a market-leading international law firm in their Birmingham City Centre offices on an initial 12-month fixed term contract, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

This law firm truly believe in going the extra mile for their clients, so a real desire to provide the best customer service will be essential for this role.

Working within a busy real estate department, you will be providing full and dedicated secretarialsupport, ensuring that the everyday operations flow smoothly.

On a day-to-day basis you will be organising diaries and processing documents as well as answering phone calls and providing any other administrative support that may be required, such as archiving,scanning and booking travel and hotel arrangements for senior members of staff.

For this exciting opportunity, you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience within a similar role and be an accomplished Legal administrator or secretary.

You will have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, superb typing speeds, an amazingeye for detail, especially when it comes to grammar and punctuation, have an outstanding telephone manner and a helpful demeanour.

You will ideally have a working knowledge of Real Estate, Property or Conveyancing and be a team player who is always willingto get involved and help out as and when needed.

In return you will receive an excellent salary of £31,000, as well as many other benefits such as hybrid working two days a week to suit your schedule.
