My client, a Tier 1 ranked UK law firm, are looking to recruit a Principal Associate (Legal Director equivalent) to join their growing Healthcare team in Norwich.


The range of work you will be getting involved in includes but is not limited to Court of Protection, mental capacity, and mental health law.

You'll become a part of an award-winning team that takes great pride not only in delivering high-quality work to their clients but also in their commitment to their staff.

You will be working with team members that come from diverse backgrounds and gives the team a robust working culture that becomes apparent when meeting with them.


You will need to have 5 years+ PQE as you will be supervising 4 more junior members of the team.

You will also need a solid grasp of Court of Protection, mental capacity, and mental health law. You will also be getting involved in business development.

There are clear pathways for career progression. You will initially join as a Principal Associate and potential progression to Partnership will be discussed during your interview. My client sets a high industry standard with their compensation and benefits package.

The salary will be DOE but to give you an idea their NQ Solicitors join on £55k, the salaries they offer are not matched in this sector.

Their benefits include but not limited to, 5 weeks of annual leave (plus bank holidays with the option to purchase or sell a week), enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption benefits, as well as life assurance for two individuals at 10 times their annual salary.
