Company
With a global reputation, this company operates the marketing and servicing of power transmission equipment within several different industries. Due to a company restructure they are now seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the team.

As the Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role as part of the Field Service team and will be to carry out your day-to-day duties though out the London and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities - but not limited to:
Provide Field Service support to all Mobility products, in the London and surrounding areas.
Carry out transmission changeouts and disconnections at customer premises.
To carry out diagnostics and repairs at customer premises
Carry out major unit exchanges at customer premises.
Complete reports and paperwork once assignment is finished and submit as soon as convenient.
Ensure all tooling and equipment is within calibration dates.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and their representatives.
Work together with the customer to minimise downtime.
Occasionally work unsociable hours as requested and to fulfil the job requirements.

Essentials Requirements:
Background in Service and Engineering essential.
Strong experience in mechanical & electrical bias i.e., Commercial vehicles
Experience working in Field Service required.
Must possess a strong analytical background in Hybrid and Electric vehicles.
Diagnostic repair experience
Essential experience in building customer relationships.
Strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Full clean UK driving licence*.
*As you will be issued with a company vehicle
