Land Centre
The Supply Chain Administrator role is based within our Land Centre business area.


The role

The difference our new Supply Chain Administrator will make, As a Supply Chain Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Key function will be in managing, expediting, and reporting on KPIs and measuring the CI improvement function.

Day to day, you'll maintain contract database,m anage, maintain and complete due diligence against all vendors. You will also be creating monthly spend compliance reports & categorising spend profiles.

You will also order Book Management, weekly / Monthly KPI creation, develop, Manage and maintain Shared working environment (Sharepoint), support invoice query resolution and build strong operational relationships between procurement and wider business and Sector/ Group.

Essential experience

  • Previous experience working in a procurement environment within the engineering sector
  • Administrative experience
  • Managing contract data bases
  • Competent with Microsoft office suite
  • Experienced in the use of ERP and middleware systems such as:

SAP

  • Navision
  • Ariba


  • Rosslyn Data Analytics

  • Must hold or have ability to obtain BPSS & SC security clearance
