    Description

    Quantity Surveyor Role

    We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals. As a key member, you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring costs are under control and budgets are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including quantity requirements.
    • Closely monitor project budgets and track expenses.
    • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing terms.
    • Regularly review and update project costs as construction progresses.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management principles.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
