What will you be doing?

Assisting external customer queries regarding their credit report whilst maintaining data protection at all times
Verify customer details and credit limits are accurate and sufficient to trade
Ensuring billing is completed with the SLA's and accurately
Process account amendments to conform to company and legal requirements
Review and process all amendments to Direct Debits on customer accounts
Action the processing of payments received

What are we looking for?

Previous experience within a similar role
Experience and understanding the importance of meeting company SLAs at targets
Excellent numerical ability
Polite and assertive verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
Ability to work well under pressure
