What will you be doing?

  • Assisting external customer queries regarding their credit report whilst maintaining data protection at all times
  • Verify customer details and credit limits are accurate and sufficient to trade
  • Ensuring billing is completed with the SLA's and accurately
  • Process account amendments to conform to company and legal requirements
  • Review and process all amendments to Direct Debits on customer accounts
  • Action the processing of payments received

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience and understanding the importance of meeting company SLAs at targets
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Polite and assertive verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure
