JOB PURPOSE Assist the effective and efficientmanagement of Textile Raw Materials across the RTW Supply Chain (within the Jersey Product Category) helping and supporting the achievement of functional quality standards, through a solid and competent supplier base, strategically sounds relationships andsounds technical knowledge.

Contribute in supporting strategic thinking through a matrix approach, optimising efficiencies in ordering, cost negotiation, RM stock management and on time delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Procurement & Supplier Management - Supportthe procurement strategy and approach with the commitment of all relevant internal stakeholder is developed in partnership with the Senior Management within the Jersey Product Category across all divisions (MW, WW and CHW) - Partner with the business and maintaincontinuous dialogue to understand ongoing business needs & future aspirations - Develop, maintain and evolve a robust supplier matrix - Build and establish collaborative partnerships with key suppliers, including timely 2 way communications, feedback on performance,risk mitigation - Assist in the end to end management activities of the supplier base (including selecting and onboarding, negotiation, matrix and risk management, capacity management, performance and exit) - Participate actively in the negotiation of cost,lead time and minimums of RMs

Build cost sheet break down for RMs focusing particularly on core or strategic RMS
Map and manage supply chain for core or strategic RMs/Suppliers
Contribute and support sustainable materials and manufacturing
Build andmaintain strategic industry links
Follow commodity markets and anticipate business impact
Track supplier performance in line with KPIs set
Contribute to elevate technical knowledge and competency
Feedback & Reporting
Review supplier performancemanagement feedback and agree appropriate response mechanism
Report on KPIs
Ensure effective use of systems and maintenance and accuracy of dataPERSONAL PROFILE
Technical degree in têxtile or têxtile related studies
Negotiation skills
Italian orSimplified Chinese spoken fluently are a plus
Advanced level of Excel
Previous experience in Textile
