Human Resource Co-ordinator / Advisor

Salary in the region of £26k to £32k

The scope of the role includes;

• Proactively managing all internal HR related enquiries from managers or employees, with access to HR Manager level support on an ad hoc basis if required.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the delivery of internal HR service support with the aim of continuous improvement.
• Developing and updating HR related policies and procedures.
• Provide support to line managers in relation to compliance with company policy including disciplinary / grievance processes, conducting internal investigations and note taking.
• Assist in the preparation of a variety of HR related reports for the Leadership / Management Team.
• Participate in regular team / management meetings as the HR representative.
• Creating and maintaining electronic and hard copy HR files for personnel, confidentially, in line with the GDPR regulations.
• Administer new start / leaver processes including issuing of HR related documentation such as employment contracts and amendments, induction packs, reference requests, company policies and procedures.
• Supporting pay reviews, employee surveys, gathering and reporting HR related statistics including sickness / absence monitoring.
• Organise, plan and manage a range of training and development activities for employees including statutory / legislative training.
