Through our many years of sector focus across cyclical ups and downs, we have developed broad and deep transactional experience; sell-side, buy-side, joint venture, private and public company takeovers, corporate carve-outs, LBOs, management buy-outs and fairness opinions.

Transaction size range from hundreds of millions to multi-billion dollars.

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Chemicals & Materials team in London. This is a 12-month internship with a view to start in June 2024.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of client materials
Gather and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data
Conduct industry and companyspecific research and financial analysis
Contribute to financial modelling/valuation analysis
Project administration

The training:
We have a proven track record of developing our staff, which includes our interns. On commencement of employment, we provide interns with an intensive and comprehensive training program.

Interns will work with senior bankers on a variety of different transaction types and advisory assignments, primarily mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side) and capital advisory projects.
