IMPACT is the casework management system developed specifically for Refuge to record the details of all clients referred to our services and the support Refuge offers to them.
The CMS Support Officer is responsible for supporting Refuges' case management systems. This includes resolving technical issues, user training, collaborating with the external provider, ICARIS
Responsibilities
- Successfully resolve any technical issues that may arise daily, in a timely manner. This will involve communicating frequently with frontline workers to identify the issues and then to report them to ICARIS for their resolution
- Register, induct and train new members of staff on how to use IMPACT to record, edit and update their cases and create and maintain instruction documents.
- Work with the Data and Reporting team to perform data cleansing responsibilities, such as deleting duplicates.
- Attend meetings, participate in any development, and review work on IMPACT alongside REFUGE's senior management team as well as external professionals and inform all IMPACT users of the processes and outcomes of these meetings.
- Facilitate and coordinate IMPACT user involvement meetings and feedback any suggestions from these meetings to the development and review meetings
- Be the first point of contact for any other IMPACT related queries and will be expected to communicate in writing and verbally with a wide range of people on a regular basis.
