I am delighted to be working with an excellent business in the historic market town of Framlingham, who are seeking a receptionist to join their supportive team.
With a salary of up to £22,800 and a SUPERB BENEFITS PACKAGE (including free lunch) on offer,you will ideally have previous experience in administrative and customer-facing roles.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative assistance and operate reception, acting as first point of contact and welcoming guests.
- Manage the company's switchboard and answer incoming calls, taking and distributing messages as necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist with the management of stationary supplies across the organisation.
- Database management.
- Other administrative duties as and when required.
The skills and experience you need:
- Experience in administrative and customer-facing roles.
- Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Superb telephone manner.
- Able to manage databases and create mail merges.
- Friendly, smart, and approachable.
