Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;

The Surrey Division finance team undertake a wide variety of activities which span both financial and administrative functions to enable the effective day to day running of the contract. These include core accounting, supplier and invoice management, support to the wider contract teams, red claims management, payroll, and training.

Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;

Supervising defined finance functions and processes within the finance team

Assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day administrative processes critical to the effective running of the Division including local HR and payroll and timesheet management, training coordination, claims management, expense processing, Papyrus integration and invoice matching.

Formal qualifications required;

Studying towards or completion of AAT level 4
***
Skills required;

Excellent IT literacy including excel and SAP
***
Experience required;

Experience of working in a busy finance function and covering the aspects of work identified in the key accountabilities
