Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
• Generate repair orders and communicate repair details to technicians
• Estimate repair costs and provide customers with accurate quotes
• Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
• Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments and providing change
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail in financial transactions
• Mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with technicians
• Ability to upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
Up to £33,514.69 per year
