As a key member of the Finance team, you will need experience of working within a team and assist in supporting other members of the Finance team.


We are looking for someone who is comfortable thinking on their feet and having a methodical approach to their work.

Duties to include, all aspects of Purchase Ledger:

  • Administer procurement system (Procure Wizard) including liaising with suppliers and hotel personnel.
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing payments.
  • All aspects of Sales Ledger Function:
  • Finalising and checking invoices before distribution.
  • Credit Control

Assisting with Treasury roles to include but not limited to:

  • Reconciling online payment accounts including Realex and Stripe
  • Reconciliation of cash and card sales into the business.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education qualification / working towards or prepared to work towards AAT

Study support available:


  • Experience within hotel accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • IT literate including Intermediate level Excel able to effectively use Microsoft programmes.
  • Excellent timekeeping, attention to detail to ensure all month end deadlines are completed.

Types:
Full time 40 hours - core hours worked Mon - Fri
(Occasional bank holiday working will be required (max 2 days) - excluding Christmas)

Dependent on Experience
