Over the past year, HCMUK has seen sustained growth and we're now looking for a
Credit Controller (6 Months Fixed Term Contract) to join our Team working from our HQ at Hebburn.

Your main duties will include:

Timely and effective collection of all parts & service debts and customers payments. Maintaining a log of cash collection expectations throughout the month.
Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including liaising with company departments on a regular basis to ensure timely settlement of invoices
Send relevant letters to customers regarding overdue accounts and action any court correspondence.
Check & process customer credit limits.
Set up new customer accounts
Check customer credit ratings.
Raise payment requests for customer refunds
