As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing confidential administrative support to two key leaders:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Director of Corporate Services and the Chief Development Officer (CDO) & Deputy CEO.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and operational activities for the CFO and CDO.
  • Build links across the organisation to ensure the CFO and CDO are fully briefed and prepared.
  • Coordinate travel and visitor arrangements, refreshments, and office supplies.
  • Organise key business events, conference arrangements, and visits for local, national, and international visitors.
  • Create reports and presentations, manage highly sensitive/confidential documents.
  • Handle finance and procurement tasks, including entering information into the system.

Qualifications:


  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or PA to an executive team.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage complex tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions under pressure, and use own initiative.
