Contract

£18.54 per hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR & Payroll Systems Associate

As part of the Payroll, Pensions & HR Systems team, support the maintenance, development, implementation and review of HR systems used within the shared HR service and its commercially traded customers.

The shared HR and Payroll service between Kingston and Sutton Councils provides HR and Payroll services to both Councils, and commercially traded services to a number of external customers including other London Borough Councils, schools and charities

In depth understanding of a range HR/Payroll technology solutions, and the underlying principles and practice in regards to systems management and service delivery or evidence of equivalent knowledge and experience (equivalent to SFIA Level 3)Knowledge of Project Management and/or Business Analyst principles and practices is desirable.
Substantial HR/Payroll software experience in a large and complex environment.

Experience of designing and developing HR related processes and/or systems leading to an improvement in efficiency and/or customer experience.

Experience of creating logical criteria to extract data from information systems and the manipulation or interrogation of data to spot patterns, identity trends and draw conclusions.
