Workshop Controller - Leeds

Salary: 37k OTE + benefits


YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager to join their Clients dealer network in the county of Leeds.

You will need to have previous Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager experience and a full UK driving license. They will consider a strong technician who wants to take the next step in their career.

Hours for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager are Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

Duties for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager:

  • Assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer objective.
  • Deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction, ensuring 100% adherence to the VHC process and motivating product sales.
  • Distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve their daily objectives.
  • Ensure a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability.
  • Ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair.
  • Ensure that the manufacturer's warranty standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company's & Safety policy and that general housekeeping and appearance are maintained at a high standard.
The company are open to basic salaries, plus you will make bonus and overtime. This will be discussed at interview stage.
