Full time permanent role offering a salary between £27,000-£30,000- Offering flexible hybrid working
About Our Client:
Our Client based in Burnley are a manufacturing specialist suppliers of high-quality contract fabrics.
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Dealing with all aspects of the new starter process, including the delivery of induction training for new starters.
- Employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Recruitment administration including liaising with agencies and arranging interviews.
- Producing reports from the HR systems.
- Undertaking and supporting relevant projects in line with the HR Strategy.
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience working in a HR role.
- Worked in the manufacturing, or similar industry.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to easily build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confident and approachable.
