We are supporting our client build out a new function within their function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team offering advisory support and guidance to business functions on regulatory and conduct matters to ensure the delivery of businessobjectives.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review, approaches, performance, and behaviours within the area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organisation's policies and relevant regulatory codes of conduct, providing advice and recommendation on appropriateresolution
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external regulatory matters, new developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organisation
Provide support in the approach to and implementation of new regulations, ensuring this is proportionate and reflective of business model complexity, market responses and risk appetite. Proving ongoing support to key stakeholders throughout design anddelivery.
Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying key stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the delivery of target outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience supporting conduct and regulatory guidelines within Financial Services
Knowledge and experience interpreting regulatory guidelines and policies
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Ability to problem solve independently
