Job Summary


We are looking for enthusiastic and fun individuals with a passion for puzzles and the entertainment industry combined with great customer service skills to join our existing team of Game Masters in a part-time position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain a lot of experience via a client-facing role and gain first-hand insight to a growing entertainment business - escape games

.You will initially be working closely with the Branch Manager and training will be provided. You must be fluent in English.

We expect applicants to be highly organised, have excellent time management, multi-tasking and people skills. Previous customer service experience is valued.

For a self-motivated individual with keen interest to progress with the company, advancement opportunities will be made available. Our company actively encourages participation in business and entrepreneurial discussions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a wellinformed, fun, friendly and high quality experience
  • Engaging and building relationships with customers
  • Sales and customer service
  • Give tours of the establishment to customers, explaining the scenarios, helping with hints and providing feedback
  • Serving drinks and helping with photos after the escape room experience
  • Ensure all processes from initial enquiry, introduction and through to customer feedback are fulfilled efficiently
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally internally and externally to help drive successful business
  • Participating in marketing activities

Maintenance

  • Maintain stock and branch environment
  • Help keep up the cleanliness and appearance of the establishment
  • Ensure any maintenance issues are brought to management's attention for immediate remedy
  • Develop deep understanding of our company's products, strategy and values

Administration

  • Maintain and build a customer database
  • Suggest and initiate new procedures and systems where necessary and approved
  • Provide a high level of communication regarding orders and enquiries to your fellow team members
