Our client is one of the UKs largest software businesses. They are looking to recruit a Legal Operations Assistant to offer support with administrative duties.

The role will expect you to carry out every day general administrative tasks which include but are not limited to;
Organising and booking diary meetings

- maintaining and organising diaries and inboxes;
- maintaining and keeping files up to date;
- liasing with stakeholders when requested;
- preparing monthly reports and presentations;
- any ad hoc tasks which help support the day to day running of the team

For this role you will need previous administrative experience. You will need to have strong organisational skills with attention to detail with the capability of meeting important deadlines.
